- A New Year, New Music
I
trust everyone is having a great holiday and enjoying what time
off that was had. Another year is coming to
an end and a new decade is upon us. Coming out of such tumultuous
and turbulent decade, I trust that the next ten hold great possibility.
I’m always the eternal optimist, to a fault sometimes. New
Year’s resolution? New music! I have a test press together
of my next album that I’ve been sampling in the car over the
Christmas holiday. Currently it’s a mess, but I can see the
final product through the static. I’m back into the studio
this Monday to continue work on the album. As proof that something
musical is going on, I offer up a video clip from my studio. Recorded
on Friday, November 6, 2009 while tracking vocals for a song titled “Raggedy
Andy”; here’s the first taste of some of the new material.
